What do you want from life?
When asked this question, a quick answer that comes to mind is “HAPPINESS”. But this answer can come from a very surface level understanding of happiness, which actually, is quite a complex goal to set for yourself (especially for long-term)
Happiness is a combination of various factors including physical well-being, mental well-being, emotional well-being, spiritual well-being, social well-being, financial well-being and other aspects of one’s life.
So when we say happiness is what we want from life, we must understand that it won’t come just like that. We need to divide our life into various aspects and work massively on each of those aspects simultaneously.
When one is on this journey of holistic well-being, “Happiness” is no more a goal, it becomes part of the process.
Just to mention separately, physical well-being (or Health) plays the role of foundation in this journey, without which all other aspects of life are badly affected.
