We offer offline therapy in delhi and online therapy currently over audio & video calls.
5. How many sessions will I have to attend?

Online therapy is just as effective as in-person counseling. With online therapy, you can still express yourself to a qualified professional and receive the same level of care. Additionally, online therapy can save you money and time on transportation and scheduling appointments. You can choose to have your therapy sessions conducted over either a video or audio call, based on your personal preference and convenience.
