TL;DR
Queer couples are often more resourceful than they get credit for. Many have built a relationship with little support, few role models and sometimes in secret. But the same pressures that make a couple resilient can also wear them down, and they can quietly turn into arguments between the two of you rather than problems you face together.
If only one of you is ready, you can start with individual sessions focused on the relationship. Many partners join later once they see it's a safe space. You can also see us individually through our queer-affirmative therapy service.
For in-person sessions in NCR, see LGBTQ+ therapy in Gurgaon and Delhi NCR. For general couples and marriage counselling, see couples therapy and marriage counselling in Gurgaon.
If there is violence, threats or fear in your relationship, joint couples sessions may not be safe. In that case we recommend individual support first, and we can help you plan for your safety.
We do not provide assessments or letters for hormone therapy (HRT) or gender-affirming surgery.
Therapy is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis in India, call iCall: 9152987821, the Vandrevala Foundation (24/7): 1860-2662-345, or the emergency number 112.

That is one of the most common things same-sex couples bring to therapy. We help you both talk about it without blame, understand each other's fears and limits, and agree on a way forward that you can both live with. We also agree with each of you how it's safe to contact you.

Yes. Pressure to marry is a frequent source of strain for queer couples in India. We help you as a couple think through boundaries, timing and support, without taking the family's side.
