    Yes. The sessions will be conducted online via Video / Telephonic calls. You can give us a call (phone number mentioned at the top) and schedule a session whenever it is most convenient for you 🙂

    Absolutely! Your therapist and the Coach For Mind’s staff will keep every detail you disclose completely safe and confidential.

    The typical length of each session is 1 hour (i.e. 60 minutes).

    Ideally, 8 sessions. Despite the fact that there is no set amount of time, research indicates that how long it takes you depends on the particular issue at hand.
