He completed his BTech from IIT Delhi. Then gradually, he realized that his interest lies in the field of psychology so he shifted to the area of mental health (clinical psychology) and well-being.
Alongside these, he also completed his Master’s degree and Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology and received his license from RCI. To expand his knowledge he has also attended many other workshops related to human well-being.
He has conducted training programs in esteemed organizations like McKinsey & Company, IIT DELHI, Indian Road Safety Campaign, and more.
He uses an eclectic approach to give holistic outcomes and incorporates several techniques such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), relaxation training, thought reduction, and worry control which are tailored to individual needs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
He has vast experience in working with clients of all ages from various economic, religious, and cultural backgrounds, with a wide range of difficulties such as trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship issues.
His strong faith lies in the fact that mental health is as important, if not more, than physical health, due to which it requires constant attention.
Currently, He works with individual clients and also conducts group training programs.
